Lucy welcome to this group. It was a place holding following the london workshop where we captured lots of conversations and idea but didn't upload them. The major efforts for this year are around Ethos Transition.

Different styles of conducting an orchestra as a metaphor for life.
The punchline quote at the end is lovely. It goes something like: "if you love something enough you can give it away". The conductor just stands there with his arms crossed and conducts with facial expressions. How great is that!
