Lucy welcome to this group.  It was a place holding following the london workshop where we captured lots of conversations and idea but didn't upload them. The major efforts for this year are around Ethos Transition.

Ethos Connect - Learning to scale Ethos efficiently

Earlier this year we laid down the gauntlet to ourselves to grow the Ethos Network to several thousand partners by November 2018, all part of our ambition to meet our growth challenge for the same period. In the last year we have achieved steady growth to over 40 partners, but to reach our target we accept we need to become a lot more efficient at finding new Ethos partners in their thousands. With this in mind, we had an idea that if we could share an opportunity to tell the Ethos Story through our vision and our partners stories and explain what it’s like to work with Ethos to 100 people in one go that would certainly be a step towards efficiency. Before taking on the full 100 we decided to run a pilot event, which became our first Ethos Connect event, held on Wednesday 9th July. 30+ potential partners attended and were hosted by 20+ current Ethos Partners, and all participated in a fun, interactive evening at the Union Jack Club near Waterloo. We were also very lucky enough to be supported by Euan Semple, internet and social media expert, who kindly shared some of his thoughts and experience, and moderated and hosted various parts of the evening.

Feedback from the pilot event has been both very positive AND has enabled us to learn many lessons about how to improve this idea moving forward.

Positive - in the sense that everyone had fun and many left the event wanting to know more with the first follow up sessions being scheduled.
